Matt Sillaman is the Co-Founder of Strata Realty Partners, bringing more than 15 years of experience across brokerage, acquisitions, and asset management.

Throughout his career, Matt has been involved in more than $300 million in real estate transactions, spanning residential, multifamily, net-leased, and major commercial properties.

Matt brings a different lens to the art of deal-making—combining market instinct, financial analysis, property strategy, and disciplined negotiation. He works with homeowners, investors, and longtime property owners to evaluate sales, acquisitions, 1031 exchanges, seller financing, and other strategies designed to protect and grow real estate wealth.

Originally from the sunny hills of Southern California, Matt studied architecture at the University of Oregon. That architectural perspective continues to shape how he sees property—not simply for what it is today, but for its potential, positioning, and long-term value.
