Strata Realty Partners is a Los Angeles-based real estate advisory and brokerage firm founded by Matt Sillaman and Jay Fall.

Together, we bring decades of experience across commercial brokerage, residential sales, acquisitions, asset management, finance, and investment strategy, with more than $600 million in combined real estate experience.

Our backgrounds in architecture, finance, brokerage, and institutional asset management allow us to evaluate real estate from every angle. We understand both the emotional side of property ownership and the financial discipline required to protect and grow wealth.

At SRP, we believe strong representation starts with understanding the full picture—not simply completing a transaction.

What We Do

We help property owners, investors, sellers, and homebuyers make smarter real estate decisions across luxury residential, multifamily, and net-leased investments. In addition to luxury residential, we specialize in evaluating architectural and character homes, where design, craftsmanship, and unique features require a more nuanced approach to value.

For sellers, we combine strategic positioning, modern marketing, detailed financial analysis, and disciplined negotiation to maximize value.

For buyers and investors, we identify opportunities, evaluate risk, structure competitive offers, and determine whether a property truly supports their financial and personal goals.

We also help longtime property owners evaluate their options before deciding whether to sell. That may include a traditional sale, a 1031 exchange, seller financing, repositioning an asset, or continuing to hold.

Our objective is not to push clients toward a transaction. It is to provide the information, strategy, and representation they need to make the right decision and execute it confidently.
