Jay Fall was born with real estate in his blood. The son of a Los Angeles broker, he grew up in San Pedro, where he developed a deep appreciation for what makes the South Bay so unique and special.
Before co-founding Strata Realty Partners, Jay led a small family office and held roles across private equity and brokerage. Over the course of his career, he has transacted on more than $400 million in institutional real estate across the United States. His experience spans multifamily, retail, hospitality, luxury single-family homes, and even a downtown Los Angeles skyscraper.
With more than 10 years in the business, Jay brings a depth of experience that extends far beyond that of a typical agent. A self-described deal junkie, he is known for being highly researched, approachable, and well-liked.
Jay holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in finance from Loyola Marymount University. He also puts his money where his mouth is, personally owning and operating investment properties.
Outside of real estate, Jay enjoys spending time with his wife, Kayla, and their two children. He firmly believes the South Bay is more than a location—it is a lifestyle.
